Gelmix Scoop & Incremental Household Measures

If you do not have the Gelmix scoop or need to mix smaller increments, you can use a gram scale or one of these common household measures. The Gelmix jar contains a half serving (1.2g) scoop, which is equivalent to a level 1/2 teaspoon.
