Voluntary Recall Gelmix 125g Lot 2306063

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding regarding the voluntary recall for Gelmix 125g Lot 2306063 due to a noticeable odor of heated plastic from a few jars where the seal overheated. While very few jars were sold, the removal process impacted our distribution significantly.

We are happy to announce that Gelmix 125g is now available through Amazon fulfillment again, with Prime shipping quickly returning to most parts of the United States.

Please note that Lot 2306063-1 is not impacted by the voluntary recall. Upon further investigation, the issue was isolated in the manufacturing process. To ensure the quality of our products, the remaining inventory was designated as Lot 2306063-1. Rest assured, Gelmix products with Lot 2306063-1 are safe to use and meet the quality standards you have come to expect from Gelmix products.

While there is no safety concern with using the impacted lot 2306063, we will continue to accept voluntary returns for refund or exchange for the impacted lot. Please contact us at contact@gelmix.com for assistance.

On February 14, 2024, Parapharma Tech issued a voluntary recall for Gelmix 125g Lot 2306063 due to a noticeable odor of heated plastic from a few jars where the seal overheated. While very few of these jars were sold, this issue has significantly impacted our distribution chain.

Our Fulfilled by Amazon (Prime) distribution centers received most of the impacted units. To prevent any more units from being sold, we made the difficult decision to pause our Fulfilled by Amazon distribution. Since February, all Amazon orders for Gelmix 125g have been fulfilled directly from our Florida distribution center.  

We apologize for the delay in removing the affected lot from Amazon, but we are now nearing full removal. We expect to resume Fulfilled by Amazon (Prime) by the end of July. We appreciate your patience. 

Despite our efforts, there may still be a few jars from the impacted Lot 2306063 in circulation when we reopen Fulfilled by Amazon (Prime). We apologize if you receive one of these jars.
