Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Product Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will educate healthcare professionals, provide product samples, and build relationships in your local designated territory. The role combines in-person visits and remote communication to reach a broad network of pediatricians, speech-language pathologists (SLPs), gastroenterologists (GIs), ENT specialists, hospitals, and other facilities dealing with dysphagia (all ages) and infant reflux.
Key Responsibilities:
- Local Territory Engagement:
- Visit healthcare professionals in your designated territory to provide education, product samples, and support.
- Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, SLPs, GIs, ENT specialists, and hospital staff.
- Remote Support:
- Manage larger territories through phone, email, and webinars to educate and support healthcare professionals.
- Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with remote contacts.
- Event Participation:
- Attend and represent the company at professional conferences and trade shows, both in person and virtually.
- Travel Requirements:
- Travel within your local territory for in-person visits and regionally for trade shows and conferences.
Core Skills and Competencies:
- Strong ability to explain technical or clinical information clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage a professional audience effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage schedules and territories efficiently.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or similar software for tracking relationships and follow-ups.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license, own car, and proof of insurance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (e.g., for setting up exhibit materials).
- Experience in medical sales or a healthcare-related field (e.g., medical assistant) is preferred.
- Travel flexibility for conferences, trade shows, and territory visits.
